Getting Ready for Your Prime Self Session

Before each session, open your client's Free Energy Blueprint and read the Synthesis so you arrive with clear orientation. Select two or three themes that feel most relevant, rather than covering every gate and center at once. Use the Synthesis as a starting layer, then apply your own discernment and what you know about this specific client. Close your prep by naming one intended outcome, so the conversation stays focused and grounded throughout.
