Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to receive creator payouts. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User content

You retain ownership of the videos, comments, and other content you upload (“User Content”). You grant Capricast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, encode, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to publish it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack the rights to share;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame others;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• circumvent access controls, paywalls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion, including in response to reports under our DMCA policy.

5. Subscriptions, payments, and payouts

Paid plans and purchases are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are shown at the point of purchase. Creator earnings and payouts are processed through Stripe Connect and are subject to the applicable payout terms and platform fee disclosed in the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capricast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified in the Service.
