Defined and Undefined Centers

There is no hierarchy between defined and undefined. A defined center carries a consistent signal. When color fills a center on your body graph, the energy of that center is reliable. You broadcast it. People feel it from you without you having to try. It is part of your fixed self. An undefined center carries no consistent signal of its own. It is open. It samples the centers of every person you stand near. It amplifies. It feels everything that moves through it, fully, before the field passes on. This is not weakness. Undefined centers are the places where you accumulate wisdom. Over years, by feeling so many versions of that energy through so many people, you become a connoisseur of it. You can tell, with precision, when it is healthy in someone else and when it is distorted. The risk is conditioning. When you mistake the field for yourself. When the emotional weather of the room becomes the story of who you are. The practice is discernment. Notice what is yours, drawn from your defined centers, and notice what is the room you are standing in. Hover over each center. Read its state. Sit with the polarity. Defined is signal. Undefined is reception. Together they make the whole. This is the first dance of your design.
