Send Readings to Clients

A client asks for their reading after the session. Do you send the full export, or something more focused? Two terms anchor this lesson. Branded Export: the formatted document you send outside the app. Consent checkpoint: the moment you confirm the client agrees to receive personalized materials. Both terms appear in every decision you make here. Exports serve one purpose: giving a client something structured they can return to after the session ends. The session itself is the live work. The export is the anchor they hold onto later. So the answer to the opening question is this: send something focused, not everything. A full chart undimmed can overwhelm. Pull the sections that match what you discussed. Frame each section so the client knows what they are looking at and how to use it. Interpretation belongs in the export. Deterministic claims do not. Write toward reflection, not conclusion. And before anything leaves the app, confirm consent. One clear question to the client. One clear yes. Then you send. They know exactly where to look. Nothing is missing. Nothing is noise. Before you generate an export, what do you confirm first: the sections to include, or the client's consent? Pause and decide.
