Your plan just changed. Where do you look first? The billing area holds the answer, and it shows you exactly what shifted. Three terms anchor this lesson. Current Plan: your active tier and its access level. Renewal State: the date and status of your next charge. Feature Access: what is available to you right now based on your plan. Open the billing area and read the top row. Your Current Plan sits there, named and clear. Below it, your Renewal State tells you when the next charge lands and whether your subscription is active. This is where you look first after any plan change. The billing area answers the question you opened with: what shifted. Upgrade when your work requires practitioner workflows, client-facing delivery, or higher-volume usage. Those features do not appear until the plan reflects them. After any upgrade, check Feature Access before you assume something is live. Some features are immediate. Others require a short setup step. Say a practitioner upgrades from Individual to Practitioner tier. She opens billing immediately. Current Plan now reads Practitioner. Renewal State shows the new charge date. She checks Feature Access and sees the Client Roster is live, but Branded Export shows a setup prompt. She follows that prompt. Done in two minutes. Here is the check. You upgrade your plan. A feature you expected is not visible yet. Where do you go first? Pause and choose. The answer is billing, specifically Feature Access, which shows you what is live and what still needs setup. Open your billing area now. Read your Current Plan, check your Renewal State, and scan Feature Access for any setup prompts. If something looks wrong, use the support path inside the platform.
